Chuy’s and its Nacho Car Are Coming to Virginia

Austin-based Tex-Mex chain Chuy’s is planning to open in Fairfax. The restaurant, home to Hatch green chile sauce, an Elvis shrine and a “nacho car,” will open at 11219 Lee Highway on Aug. 26. The longtime chain is known for quirky decor and solid happy hour specials. A Springfield location will follow in October.
