Exclusive: City National Bank is expanding into Northern Virginia


The new 4,200-square-foot location, which the bank confirmed to the Washington Business Journal, is expected to open at 1667 Silver Hill Road in the spring of 2020. It will serve as a full-service regional center for the often-named “bank to the stars” for its client roster of famous names.

An 80,000-square-foot Wegmans is Coming to Reston


Developer Brookfield Properties announced Monday that it will build a $1.4 billion mixed-use district in Reston with an 80,000-square-foot Wegmans grocery store as the anchor tenant. Construction on the project, called Halley Rise, will begin in mid-2019, with the first phase expected to finish in 2022.
