Read ArticleThe Boro is an $850M mixed-use development in the highly sought after Tysons, VA market. Featuring 250,000 sf of retail, 677 apartments and condos and 1M sf of office in Phase 1, H&R was engaged in 2013 to assist with the retail design, merchandising and execution of the retail plan.
H&R attracted Whole Foods Market to open their largest location on the East Coast along with Showplace ICON theater for their only location in the Washington area. The project opened in 2020 at 86% leased featuring such restaurants as North Italia, Flower Child, Bluestone Lane, Paris Baguette, Santouka and retailers such as Paper Source, Ethan Allen, The Shade Store and F45 among others.
