Meet Stuart

A native of Rockville, Maryland, Stuart joined H&R in 2019 and was named Vice President in 2024. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation with an emphasis on the fitness sector. Stuart grew up in a family of retailers providing him with special insight into our industry. During his career at H&R, he has completed over 200 transactions totaling more than 650,000 SF, with over $200M in consideration. Stuart is heavily involved in the Ride to End Alzheimer’s and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Prior to joining H&R, Stuart was Vice President at Promark Partners for 14 years. Stuart earned his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland in 2005.
