Meet Stuart
A native of Rockville, Maryland, Stuart joined H&R in 2019 as was named Vice President in 2024. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation with an emphasis on the fitness sector. Stuart grew up in a family of retailers providing him with special insight into our industry. He has completed over 300 retail transactions and is heavily involved in the Ride to End Alzheimer’s and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Prior to joining H&R, Stuart was Vice President of Retail Leasing at Promark Partners for 14 years. Stuart earned his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland in 2005.
