Meet Spencer

A Baltimore native, Spencer joined H&R in 2016 right and was named Vice President in 2024. With a strong track record representing both national and local landlords, tenants, and developers, Spencer specializes in shopping center leasing, big box retail, land acquisition/disposition, and surplus property disposition throughout Maryland and Virginia’s major markets.

Spencer brings valuable perspective to clients through a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges complemented by a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
