Meet Spencer

A Baltimore native, Spencer joined H&R Retail in 2016 and was named Vice President in 2024. Spencer represents national and local landlords, tenants and developers across Maryland and Virginia. He specializes in shopping center leasing, big box retail, land acquisition/disposition, and surplus property disposition. During his career at H&R, Spencer has completed 110 transactions totaling more than 4.9M SF, with over $217M in consideration.

Spencer has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and a M.A. in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
