Meet Pete

Pete joined H&R Retail in 2025, where he specializes in both landlord and tenant representation throughout the greater Washington, DC area. His background in investment sales provides him with a valuable skill set representing clients throughout the entire transaction process from site evaluation to closing. Prior to joining H&R, Pete was an investment sales specialist with Feldman Ruel in Bethesda, MD. Pete earned a dual B.S. in Marketing and Management from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
