Meet Lawrence

Larry joined H&R in 1988 and was named Principal in 1996. He specializes in shopping center leasing and tenant representation throughout Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Virginia. Since joining the firm, he has leased over 9M SF with a total consideration exceeding $1B. Larry oversees leasing for a diverse range of projects, from major town centers to big box stores to street front shops.  His team has been instrumental in regional expansion for many tenant clients across the region including Target, Dollar Tree, Dressbarn, Foot Locker, Kids First Swim School and more. He is a member of ICSC and the Restaurant Council at ChainLink’s Retail Advisors.

Larry holds a B.A. in Psychology from University of Maryland.
