Meet John

A native of Cleveland OH, John joined the H&R team in January of 2024 as Vice President. With 20 years of experience in retail brokerage in the DMV, John specializes in the representation of local and national retailers and landlords with a focus on the implementation of advanced GIS and location analytics to advise his clients. Notably, John has been integral in the Maryland expansion of CVS and Starbucks. During his career, he has completed over 300 transactions totaling over 4.8M SF, with a consideration of over $520M. Prior to joining H&R, John was a Principal at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate in Baltimore. John attended St. Lawrence University.
