Meet Jim

A 3rd generation Washingtonian, Jim joined H&R Retail as a Principal in 2002.  Jim has over 40 years of experience in the DMV, specializing in project leasing, tenant representation and surplus property disposition. During his career, he has executed 369 leases and sales including over 6.3M SF, with a total consideration of more than $906M. Prior to joining H&R, Jim was a Senior Vice President at Combined Properties and a Leasing Associate at Western Development.

Jim has been active in local charities since 1998 and is currently a Board member of Poor Roberts Mission.

Jim graduated from the University of Dayton School of Business Administration.
