Meet Jim

A 3rd generation Washingtonian, Jim joined H&R Retail as a Principal in 2002.  With over 40 years experience with project leasing, tenant representation and surplus property disposition Jim has developed strong relationships throughout the DMV with Landlord’s, retailers and the brokerage community. Clients have included; Regency Centers, Toll Brothers, Giant Food.

During his career, he has been involved with leases and sales totaling over Six Million square feet.

Jim has been active in local charities since 1998 and is currently a Board member of Poor Roberts Mission.

Prior to joining H&R, Jim was a Senior Vice President at Combined Properties (1988-2002) and Leasing Associate at Western Development (1984-1988).

Jim graduated from the University of Dayton School of Business Administration.
