Meet Harper

A native of Baltimore, Harper started at H&R as an intern and joined the firm as an associate in 2019. She was promoted to Vice President in 2025. Harper is an expert in the urban and urban edge environment, advising landlords and tenants from high street to mixed-use projects, both locally and nationally. During her career at H&R, she has completed over 158 transactions including over 1M SF and more than $385M in consideration. She is the founder of Women’s Retail Collective and the National Chair for Women of ChainLinks. She also holds a leadership role with Kinetic.

Harper has a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Maryland.
