Meet Harper

A Baltimore native, Harper began her career as an intern at H&R while attending the University of Maryland. Since then, she has steadily risen, earning a promotion to Director in 2024 and has since excelled helping her clients both locally and nationally. She is an expert in the urban and urban edge environment, advising landlords and tenants from high street to thoughtfully curated mixed use projects. Harper is deeply invested in shaping the future of retail real estate. She is the founder of the Women’s Retail Collective, chairs the Women of Chainlinks, and holds leadership roles with Kinetic and Green Group. She also actively participates in ICSC, DC Real Estate Group, and DC Pipeline. A passionate traveler, Harper believes that exploring new cities and cultures enhances her perspective on retail, helping her spot emerging concepts, understand evolving consumer behavior, and bring a fresh, global lens to her work.
