Meet David

David joined H&R Retail as an intern in 1983, was named Principal in 1995 and President in 1997.  He has been one of the leading retail brokers in the Washington/Baltimore area with a specialization in leasing and design consulting for ground up retail and mixed-use developments and property acquisition for anchor retailers.  He has completed over 1000 transactions with a consideration of over $3B. Of those, 335 were grocery and anchor stores including over 1,000 acres of land sales. He serves in the Membership Committee for Chain Links Retail Advisors. David has a B.S. in Finance from Towson University.
