Brian joined H&R Retail in 2007 and specializes in tenant and landlord representation, land acquisition, single tenant and NNN lease sales.

Currently, Brian leases over 20 properties in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. metro area. His tenant representation client list consists of Verizon Wireless, Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, Vitamin Shoppe, and NAPA Auto Parts.
