A New England-based American restaurant chain will open its first Greater Baltimore location in Harford County next month. Burtons Grill & Bar expects to debut at 609 Belair Road in Bel Air in mid-April, the chain announced Monday. The Bel Air eatery will add to the restaurant chain’s existing Maryland presence in Riverdale Park and Gaithersburg.
