H&R Retail, a retail real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce that Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. recently signed a lease at Denton Plaza located at 12 Denton Plaza in Denton, Maryland. The new Denton location is slated to open late this summer and will occupy 15,487 square feet. GeoffreyMackler and Scott Herman of H&R Retail represented the tenant, Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc., in the transaction and have represented the tenant for the past four years.
