H&R Retail is pleased to announce that Dollar Tree has signed a lease at Loch Raven Shopping Center located at 1500 East Northern Parkway in Baltimore, Maryland. Dollar Tree’s new Baltimore City location is slated to open in early Fall of 2018 and will occupy 14,284 square feet. H&R Retail Principals Lawrence Hoffman and Scott Yurow represented the tenant in the transaction.
