Bar Louie and Mission BBQ are among the businesses coming to Foundry Row, a $140M redevelopment of the former Solo Cup factory in Owings Mills to open this fall. Developers Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard also announced Thursday that Chipotle, La-Z-Boy, Massage Envy, Xfinity, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop and Hair Cuttery will join the 50-acre development on Reisterstown Road.
