Meet Sebastian

Sebastian joined H&R Retail in March 2014 and was named Vice President in 2022. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas, representing both national and regional landlords, as well as a wide range of retail and restaurant tenants, from national and regional brands to local concepts. 

During his career at H&R Retail, Sebastian has completed more than 325 lease transactions, totaling over 1.2M SF and over $490M in aggregate consideration. Prior to joining H&R Retail, Sebastian was an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he specialized in strategic consulting.

Sebastian is a member of ICSC and leads the ChainLinks Restaurant Council. Additionally, he was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2025. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from The George Washington University.
