Meet Thea

Thea joined H&R as Senior Marketing Manager in November 2025. Previously, Thea built a foundation in retail commercial real estate at CBRE, where she led a team of graphic designers and admins servicing retail brokers across the Mid-Atlantic region. She brings a passion for problem solving, fostering team growth and development, infusing corporate design with creativity, and taking CRE marketing operations to the next level. Outside of the office, Thea is always working on a creative project, trying out a new hobby, or checking out the newest food & drink spots across the DMV.

Thea has a B.A. in Communications/Film & Media Arts from American University.
