Meet Spencer
Born and raised in Baltimore but a Washington DC resident since 2016, Spencer has extensive knowledge of both the greater Baltimore and Washington DC metro areas. He currently operates out of H&R’s Bethesda office.
Spencer represents both landlord and tenants, with specialties in shopping center leasing, big box leasing, and land acquisition and disposition. Although he is based in Bethesda, Spencer has extensive knowledge of the entirety of the DC, MD, and VA markets, having done deals from Roanoke, VA to Elkton, MD and everywhere in between.
