Mike

Mike is a Principal with H&R Retail and leads the Investment Sales Group whose sole focus is facilitating the disposition of retail real estate. Mike has been actively engaged in the leasing, development and investment sales of shopping centers for more than 35 years including over 15 years with CBRE rising to the position of Director of Retail Marketing for the Eastern Division, responsible for major account development and the coordination and training of more than 100 retail brokers in 22 offices, before moving into Investment Sales and was a member of the Institutional Group. After CBRE, Mike was the President of Donohoe Development where he oversaw the development of numerous large development projects around the Washington, DC market such as Idylwood Plaza and Chevy Chase Pavilion a 750,000 sf office/retail/hotel mixed used project. In 1994, Mike returned to the Investment Sales business and has been one of the Washington/Baltimore’s most highly regarded retail investment sales brokers ever since. Over the past 20 years, Mike has closed transactions with total consideration in excess of $2 billion.
