Prior to 2002, Laurel Lake’s Centre, located in the growth market of Prince George’s County, was suffering from significant vacancy and complicated existing facilities. In 2002, the 420,000SF Laurel Lakes Centre underwent a $7M redevelopment. H&R Retail was tapped to establish the suburban center's releasing and redevelopment strategy.

Leased Upon Redevelopment Completion
Results
Upon completion in 2004, Laurel Lakes Centre was 99% leased. H&R Retail was responsibile for having secured leases with new tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, Staples, Modell’s, Chipotle and numerous shop tenants. In addition to leasing, H&R Retail also assisted in the acquistion, entitlements, project redesign, construction management and financing.
